AUDIENCE CENTRIC APPROACH
The deeper your business connects with your audience, the higher the chance to convert. Your audience brings a problem and wants a solution. Thus, your business message should be client-oriented.
-
Business Research
AT begins with research and a survey of your business, learning about your story, advantages, product/service, and how you position your business. Then, we will analyze your competitors and find why you are unique. Define the message that can connect with your audience.
- Business analysis
- Industry research
- Defined your
USPUnique selling point The one reason a buyer should choose you over the alternatives, said in words they would use.
-
Strategy Planning
With the research results, AT will find the accurate positioning of your business and create an information architecture around it, building up a blueprint of your brand voice and visual direction. Ensure consistency across different channels.

Content Creation
Following the blueprint, AT will either collaborate with your in-house marketing team or write it on our side under your approval, creating the content tailored to your business that can be easily understood by your audience. Either way, the message comes from interviews with your team, not from a prompt: AI-written copy sounds like everyone else's and quietly costs you credibility.

- Social media content
- Email content
-
Design System
After everything is set up, AT will create a moodboard for you to discuss and define the actual visual direction. Then, AT will define a visual system and typography, ensuring your brand identity aligns with the message across multiple channels. Before we move on to the next stage, we will set up an ongoing design system as your brand guide to maintain consistency, so both your internal team and audience can easily understand.

Web Development
We build the site around your content, not a template, with few third-party add-ons: less to update and less that can break, so running costs stay low as the site grows. Public pages are pre-built files, so most visits, human or bot, never run code on the server. Every page carries structured data so search engines and AI assistants can read it: when search results show an AI summary, people click a result about half as often, so being the page it cites matters. Before launch, every page is tested for speed and accessibility in all major browsers, and automated tests keep checking them after launch.

Onboarding & Launch
Accessibility is a legal risk now: in 2025, 3,117 website accessibility lawsuits were filed in US federal court, 27% more than the year before, and the European Accessibility Act has applied in the EU since June 2025. Before launch, we go through the site with your team and check its accessibility, readability and usability against WCAG 2.2 AA, with automated tests and by hand. We show your team how to edit pages, publish posts and upload images. At launch, we measure the new site the same way we measured the old one at the start, so you can see what changed.

Support & Maintenance
AI has changed the scale of attacks. In October 2026, AI helped researchers find the PHP2Shell flaws, hidden in
PHPPHP: Hypertext Preprocessor The programming language that most websites, including every WordPress site, run on. for more than a decade, and the same tools help attackers adapt an exploit to thousands of setups: attack attempts began within 45 minutes. Bots now make up more than half of all web traffic, and DDoS attacks big enough to strain major internet infrastructure grew more than sixfold in one quarter of 2026. Our protection is built into the architecture, not bolted on: a global security network in front absorbs floods and filters bots, the server only answers traffic that comes through it, public pages are pre-built so most visits never run code, and the CMS login is hidden behind an access check. When a flaw like PHP2Shell lands, a person who knows your site installs critical patches within one business day, your site's tests confirm the patch broke nothing, and monitoring tells us within minutes if anything goes down. Search engines and AI assistants take weeks to pick up a new site, so 90 days after launch we measure again.- Critical patches within one business day
