The project
Challenge
Inkai has made custom flexible packaging since 1994, for brands such as McDonald's and Nestlé. When they went after buyers in Europe and the US, their English site had broken links and copy that was just thrown together. It didn't look like a company that supplies Nestlé.
Solution
We interviewed Inkai's team, studied how their competitors sell, and rebuilt the site around the proof they already had: three decades in packaging, lab tests to FDA and EU standards, and the brands they supply. The identity and the site share one blue and one typeface, Zalando Sans.
Outcome
Their head of sales put it best: a website isn't just a website, it's a window into the business.
